Curbside Examinations

Are you interested in receiving healthcare services from the convenience of your vehicle?  Curbside care is just like a normal office visit, just performed in your vehicle instead of in our office.  This is a great way to limit any unnecessary exposure and keep both yourself and our staff safe. 

The process is simple....

For our AUBURN Location:

#1.  Pull into a parking space with an orange cone.  There are 7 total parking spots for curbside. Take note of the number indicated on the front of the orange cone.

#2.  Once parked, call 530-885-3951, so that we know you are here. Please note, wait times may vary depending on volume and staffing shortages.

#3.  Let the receptionist know the number indicated on the front of the orange cone, so we know where you are. If there are no available spaces please provide your vehicles make, model and license plate number. 

#4.  Finish check-in, pay your copay or due balance (if owed), then await for a Medical Assistant. Exams range from $120-$150 and additional services or testing will cost an extra $20-$100 based on the test.  

#5.  Complete a form indicating any symptoms you're experiencing and allow the Medical Assistant to take some vitals. Then a clinician will be out to conduct an examination.  Examinations may be visual or hands-on.

#6.  Any testing that is ordered by the clinician will be performed.  All patient's must check-out before leaving.

For our FORESTHILL Location:
