Vista Complete Care is excited to advance new modalities overall patient health. We're partnering with a company called Accuhealth to provide cutting edge care. The Accuhealth program will provide patients tools to monitor vitals to help keep them healthy. 

Accuhealth ships personal connected health devices and trains patients how to use them. Accuhealth also sends monthly text messages and all results are securely sent to Vista Complete Care for review. This allows our team of clinicians to monitor your physical health, even while remote.

Medicare, Medicare Advantage, most PPOs and some HMOs cover this service. Accuhealth performs an eligibility prior to enrollment to confirm these remote services are covered.
